The Irinos system is designed for maintenance-free continuous operation.
It is recommended that you check the secure fit of all connectors at regular intervals, e.g. monthly. This will help preventing worn out connectors. It also helps to prevent potential sources of error from arising in the first place.

Unintended response when cleaning the Irinos measuring system If the Irinos measuring system is switched on whilst being cleaned, controls may be triggered unintentionally. The Irinos measuring system or associated components may respond unintentionally. This may result in personal injury or damage to the machine. Switch off the device before cleaning. |
If the device is used intensively, carry out the cleaning procedures listed in the table below.
In particularly dirty environments, more frequent cleaning may be necessary. Conversely, the cleaning intervals can be extended if the device is used only occasionally or in a clean environment.

Clean the connector surface to remove oil and dust. To clean, use a paper towel moistened with water and washing-up liquid. Do not switch the Irinos system back on until the connectors are completely dry. |

Clean the casing with a paper towel moistened with water and washing-up liquid. Use a lint-free cloth. |
Please dispose of both the Irinos system and its accessories via your country’s electronic waste recycling scheme. Under no circumstances should you dispose of it with your household waste.
